Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026
Diwali Ki Deewar ("we", "the wall") is operated from India. By buying a diya you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
A diya is a tile on the wall at diwalikideewar.com showing your logo, tagline, Diwali offer, coupon code and a link to your store. Tiles go live after successful payment and our content review, stay live until 30 November 2026, and then remain visible in the Diwali 2026 archive with your link.
Your content
- You confirm you own or are authorised to use the logo and brand name you upload.
- Your offer must be real, available to shoppers, and not misleading (we follow ASCI guidelines).
- Links must be https:// and lead to your own store or page.
Content policy
We do not accept political ads, religious hate, adult content, betting or real-money gaming, crypto, tobacco, or alcohol (including surrogate ads), misleading offers, or logos you are not authorised to use. We may reject or remove any tile that breaches this policy.
Placement
Spots are held for 10 minutes during checkout. If a spot is lost because payment completed after the hold expired, we will offer the nearest equal spot or a full refund.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless GST is shown at checkout. Early-bird and centre-ring pricing is shown before you pay.
Liability
Offers on the wall are made by the brands, not by us. We are not responsible for a brand's products, services or offer terms. Our total liability for any tile is limited to the amount you paid for it.
