We collect only what we need to run the wall, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Shoppers

We do not ask shoppers to sign up. We count clicks on "Visit store" per tile (no personal data) so brands can see results. Standard server logs (IP address, browser) are kept for up to 30 days for security.

Brands

When you buy a diya we collect your name, email, phone, optional GSTIN and partner code, plus your tile content. We use this to process your order, contact you about your tile, and issue invoices. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

Sharing

We share data only with Razorpay (payments) and our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai region). We never sell your data.

Your rights

Email hello@diwalikideewar.com to access, correct or delete your data. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.
